Human Modeling Tutorials

Here are two really nice and long tutorials by Peter Ratner. They are from his book 3D Human Modeling and Animation which gets rave reviews on Amazon. Probably worth buying the book. Definitely worth checking out the tutorials.
The tutorials are not Blender specific, it's more theory that can be applied to any 3D modeling application.
It's worth noting that I found this tutorial via a forum post over at elYsiun, which, if you haven't already been there, go there. It a great place for information [both Blender & 3D in general] and has a really friendly vibe.
